Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using SprintVision (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal use and, on a paid Coach, Club or Enterprise plan, to coach and manage the athletes on your team. You may not resell, sublicense, or otherwise make the App available to others except as expressly permitted by your plan.

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including intellectual property, remain the property of the developer.

Accounts

SprintVision requires an account, which you can create with an email and password, or through Google or Apple sign-in. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 16 to create your own athlete account, and your age is self-declared at sign-up. An athlete under 16 does not create an account; a coach may instead manage them as a profile on the coach’s own account.

You may delete your account at any time from within the App. Deleting your account removes your account and associated server-side data; it does not automatically cancel a paid subscription.

Permitted Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use the App in any way that could harm or interfere with its operation
• Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities

User Content and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any content you upload or create using the App, including videos and labels.

You agree that:

• You have permission from any individuals appearing in your videos
• Your use of the App complies with applicable laws and regulations
• You are responsible for how you use and share your content

Coaches and Teams

Coach plans let a coach manage a team of athletes. If you use a team:

• A coach can see the profiles, sprints, analyses, AI reports, training plans and progress created for the athletes on their team; athletes on the same team cannot see each other’s data.
• By inviting or adding an athlete — including any athlete under 16 you manage as a profile — you confirm you have the necessary permission and, for minors, any parental or guardian consent required to upload their video and process their data.
• While a coach’s plan is active, athletes on the team receive access to paid features. If the plan ends or the athlete is removed, that sponsored access ends; the athlete keeps their own uploads and may subscribe individually.
• You must not use a team to give paid access to people you do not genuinely coach or manage.

Processing and Storage

• Sprint videos are analysed on your device; the original video you select is not uploaded to our servers
• The results of an analysis (the generated overlay and skeleton clips, thumbnail, kinogram images and measured metrics) are stored in private cloud storage tied to your account, and cached on your device, so your history is available across devices
• Each account has a storage limit, shown in the App’s settings
• Account information is stored securely with our backend provider so you can sign in across sessions
• Exported files saved to your device gallery may be accessible by other apps

AI Coaching Reports and Training Plans

• When you request a report or training plan, only the numeric results of your analysis (not your video) are sent to a secure cloud function that uses Google’s Gemini AI to generate the feedback or plan
• Reports and plans are estimates and coaching suggestions — not professional, medical, or guaranteed advice
• AI usage may be subject to a combined monthly limit across reports and training plans

Permissions

• Photos/Storage (to select the videos you upload and save media)
• Notifications (to send reminders you opt in to)

These permissions are used only to provide core functionality.

Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription.

• Individual and coach plans are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and managed via RevenueCat or the platform provider
• Enterprise and custom team plans may instead be billed through Stripe under a separate order or agreement
• Billing, refunds, and cancellations are handled according to the applicable platform’s or provider’s policies
• We do not collect or store your payment card details

Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services to support functionality (e.g., subscriptions and device features). These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

No Warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

• Analysis results are estimates only
• The App does not provide medical, coaching, or professional advice
• We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or performance

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or content
• Injuries or damages resulting from use of the App

You use the App at your own risk.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms.

You may stop using the App at any time.

• You can delete your data and permanently delete your account within the App
• Uninstalling the App removes its locally stored data
• Files exported to your device gallery must be deleted manually

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law or platform provider rules.
